Comments on transit controls of goods suspected of infringing IPR
AIM has noted some current misunderstandings about how, and why, Europe’s customs officers control goods in transit that they suspect of infringing intellectual property rights. We hope that this paper will help to explain the absolute necessity for our customs officers to be able to exercise such controls and why they must be included in the Trade Mark Package.
